1.7 EDWARD FICK (ROBERT6, JOHN5, JOHN4, JOHN3, JOHANN DANIEL2, JOHANN HEINRICH1)  was born on the 28th of June, 1891, in Douglas, Isle of Man, and died on the 13th of October, 1977, in Toronto, Ontario. Edward emigrated from the IOM to Canada in 1911. He married AGNES MOIR GORDON on the 12th of March, 1919, in Toronto, Ontario. AGNES was born about 1892 in Scotland, daughter of JAMES GORDON and MARY MOIR. She died on the 11th of November, 1963, in Toronto, Ontario.  Both are buried in Highland Memory Gardens cemetery, Toronto, Ontario.

Notes on EDWARD FICK AND AGNES MOIR GORDON:

About 1915 EDWARD joined his brothers WALTER and ROBERT , and his brothers-in-law, REUBEN HOROBIN and RICHARD CLARKE, as a Conductor for the Toronto Street Railway Company. In 1916 they all took leave of absence from the TSRC to volunteer for service with the Canadian Army.   Edward returned to the Toronto Street Railway after the war and stayed there until his retirement.
